Do I need a referral to book?

No, and most patients book directly. If your case turns out to need care outside this scope, Dr. Chizari will say so plainly and point you toward medical neurology or your primary care provider rather than keeping you here.

Which service should I choose if I am not sure what is wrong?

Book from whichever page matches your worst symptom. The initial evaluation is the same regardless of which service brought you in, and the findings determine what is actually recommended.

What does the first visit involve?

A detailed history, then functional testing: eye movement, balance, coordination, and how your autonomic system responds to changes in position. The aim is to measure the system before adjusting anything in it.

My scans and bloodwork were normal. Is this still worth trying?

Often, yes. Standard imaging is built to rule out structural disease, not to measure function. Many patients seen here have clean scans alongside real, measurable functional findings.

Are the therapies used on every patient?

No. HBOT, PEMF, LLLT and GammaCore are options, not defaults. Each is used only where the evaluation indicates it may help, and always alongside rehabilitation rather than instead of it.

Which areas do you serve besides Calabasas?

The clinic is in Calabasas and regularly sees patients travelling in from Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills and Encino. Care is delivered in person, since the testing and the retraining both require it.
